About us

About us

We are a team of senior leaders in education — including specialists in Special Educational Needs, specialists in SEND law, and parents. With extensive experience across primary, secondary, and tertiary education, in both public and private sectors, we combine professional insight and lived experience to champion the needs of children and families with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

As well as advocating for students and supporting families through complex processes, we work closely with schools and colleges to strengthen their SEND practice, build capacity, and develop effective, sustainable systems. Our approach is collaborative and solutions‑focused: we help families feel heard and supported, while helping schools be the best they can be for every learner.

Our Philosophy

We believe schools exist for their students - places where every young person feels a sense of belonging, purpose, and possibility. Education should empower and inspire, nurturing curiosity and preparing learners for the world they are growing into, not simply repeating the patterns of the past.

We are committed to helping schools build models of practice where duty of care extends beyond academics, recognising each learner’s individuality and the evolving needs of their generation. Through our advocacy for students and families, and our consultancy support for schools and colleges, we work collaboratively to remove barriers, strengthen systems, and create environments where every young person can thrive.

Family-Centered Care

We recognise that a child’s needs cannot be understood in isolation. Our approach places families at the heart of every decision, ensuring that support is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in real-life experience. We listen, guide, and advocate alongside parents and carers, empowering them with knowledge, confidence, and clear pathways forward. Together, we work to create environments where every child — and their family — feels seen, supported, and valued.
